To make changes, pause, or cancel your subscription, please complete the process via your account page or by contacting us via chat at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery date.

Flexible Delivery Cycles

You can choose between a 1-month or 2-month delivery cycle.

You may change the cycle at any time.

Change Your Delivery Date

You can shift your next shipping date within a 7-day window before or after the scheduled date.

To do this, log in to your account and go to the “Subscription Orders” section.

Click on the active subscription you’d like to update, then select “Change Next Delivery Date” at least 5 days in advance.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.
